In this episode they get into what has let them succeed at setting up an exercise routine (hint: moving to a new place where they had zero social life) to talking about reframing exercise as movement.

Find a new studio in your city. Nice to find community in!
Make a class a part of your routine. Margaret went to the same early morning cross fit classes at the same gym, while Kristy had a religious Friday night Zumba class.
Movement is a great goal, it doesn’t have to all be about exercise.
Do things you love! Not things that you think you’re supposed to do.
Challenge yourself. Commit to several times a week or a streak of some kind!
